Said this before but these cars absolutely love the cold air, I was driving around freezing temps and its very noticeable. Pulls to the red line with much greater ferocity and punch. Wish it felt the same in summer!

My 2018 BMW Holiday Card was made courtesy of my 3rd flat in under 3 years.

That's 2 PSS and 1 Sottozero (picked them up second hand and mounted them 2 weeks ago)

All from to sidewall damage due to potholes that my taxes are helping to pay for.

Throwing on some A/S 3+ this time.

Making AAA put some effort in for our Plus membership after all these years of never really using them, 80 mile tow this time.

My $40 RockAuto Rotors are holding up well if anyone was concerned.

Got transferred to Carlsbad, NM, which is in the middle of an oil fracking boom. An endless run of 1-ton work trucks are the least of my problems...the semi's are just brutal on the roads. Plus, I could only find a 1-bdrm apartment w/carport.

The M3 is safely garaged in the house my wife and I have in Lubbock, TX. Can't justify just having it sit around going unused (it's not like the roads in Lubbock are pristine). No time for track weekends when I'm gone all week at work and only home on the weekends.

When the lease on the X5 ends, I'll likely be seen in some US brand pickup truck or SUV. Need something with a long range, can handle crap roads, and get through some standing water when it rains. Gas in Lubbock was $2.17 for premium and $1.92 for regular at Costco. Diesel was $0.52 more per gallon so diesels don't make any sense.

I’m prepared for a little neighbourly hate to have one of these one my car.

During my search I drove an E92 with the Eisenmann Race, still thinking about it six months in. On my Wishlist when I have the spare cash

Probably won't hear much of the intake. My car is parked in an underground parkade. Pretty sure my exhaust will echo and drown out any sound from the intake.

Probably wrong place to post this.. sorry. But i was somewhat concerned... Does anyone know what parts of our engines use manganese? My most recent oil analysis was normal except for high manganese. I read somewhere online that manganese is used sometimes on anti friction bearings. This oil wad bmw twin turbo 10w60 on a 2011 m3 dct. All other levels are normal but manganese was 95 while 6k miles ago it was only 1. Very interesting. Any direction is appreciated.

It's been a couple months since I did the work, but "today" I installed a Harrop kit and ordered some Titan TS5 wheels. Anyone want to pick up some BBS CH-R in great shape?

Very cool. How much do you want for the rims?

I put a borla ATAK exhaust on my e92. Sounds awesome.

About to list them this week when the new ones arrive. I'll be just under market value to move them sooner than later and willing to ship

Day 6 of it being stuck in the garage after 16 inches of snow fell last weekend in NC. Everything except the actual roads have been mostly frozen since then. Finally, after a miserable day in the office, I got home and spent 3 hours with an ice pick and scraper to clear the driveway enough to get it out tomorrow. It's been a long week..
