Rod Bearings at 177k

Yup....My bearings have 177k. 2008 e90.

Not too bad if you ask me.

Left to right is front to back.

Wow...awesome you pulled them at 177k

Except for cylinder 1 they look really good considering what I've seen pulled at a fraction of that mileage.

Further proof it's luck of the draw/german lottery.

What were your Oil Change Intervals and how have you driven it?

Did black stone reports up to about 30k miles ago and they always came back clean. Just got lazy after that.

Oil changed every 7500 since 90k (When I purchased).

I'm in sales and this was a lot of highway miles in the south east. About 20-25k a year in miles.

I hit 8k rpms every day "at least" once for what ever reason. But I don't drive like I stole it.

I'm pretty sure it is a May 08 build.
