I've had mine for about a month. it's absolutely perfect. I did the 2 Pipe (welded steel pipes in place of 2 large perforated pipes) and it's incredible. Makes driving at any level better. On the highway, there's no drone, but when you give it throttle at 70 in 7th gear, it has a phenomenal, aggressive tone.. around town, it's as if it's optional if you want it to be loud. if you want to be quiet, low rpms are pretty normal. M mode's throttle response makes it even better. downshifts sound great.. it's 5x better than I hoped for.
I can not get over this mod how perfect the car sounds I was looking to get the mpe and now after this mod I think I stick with this is just perfect I like it

i want zcp wheels really fuckin bad now. I thought about getting AG 359s but I'd rather get OEM ZCP Silver since I really like the Satin Silver finish or whatever

Hmm. Lease my wheels while my car sleeps. Hell of a business idea.

I take good bourbon as payment too!

How's winter driving on 275 tires? Have you had any chance to try them in snow?
I played rather conservative and went with 270m wheels and 235 tires square. Rides great but looks not so great

I haven’t even mounted them yet, it’s still mid 50 degrees here but I had 265 pirellis in back for years and drove thru 2 blizzards and plenty of snow and those had way less aggressive snow tread. I expect the Blizzaks in 275 will be slightly better in snow and a lil less of a drop off in dry. No way I’d scratch any itch with 18s and skinny snow tires, but that’s just me, I know the trade I made. Maybe you could look into spacers if you want to improve the look

Good to know, maybe I'll try my luck with the 19" BBS I have for the summer some time.
The M3 is my only car and we have had some sick winters so I wanted to be able to drive the car in all conditions, hence the choice of 235s.

Already have put some spacers, but the rear wheels need 25mm to look decent. Check out this thicc bish.
15mm up front does the job. I think a black or titanium repaint would make this setup look nice in the end.

Yea those sit nicely, yea I think you’re right it’s something about the finish that’s holding them back. I use ZCPs in winter but if I had to do it again I might have looked into 513m for winter those are nice for 18s. I did have 235/255 Blizzaks my first winter with it and only got stuck once on a hill. Not great on dry road but no prob in snow

Where do you live? Curious if there are any precautions to make here in NC. Mine is my Daily, but sometimes it does get down in the single digits. I do have a backup garaged 88 Landcruser for snow days, but I plan to drive the M most clear days even it's cold.

I live in Saskatoon Saskatchewan. Possibly the coldest place on the globe. Put it this way, we get colder than Minnesota.

I feel bad starting my POS Subaru at 40 below. Not sure if I could force myself to start an M3 at 40 below. So mine will slumber in my garage at a nice 17 degrees centigrade for the winter, covered under a nice warm blanket and attached to a nice battery tender so it is ready to go in about 6 months.

Cheers,
