I have the OEM 2 pipe mod on my car too. Sounds amazing.
Yup I did the 2-pipe mod with a HFC xpipe. it was so snappy but it screamed in such a high pitch like no other setup I've heard. Glorious, but a bit too loud for my tastes and quite raspy.

I just got mine done today and holy crap sound so good the 2 pipe mod

Yeah, in my experience the OEM 2 pipe mod only works well when paired with the OEM x-pipe. With resonated test-pipes, it sounds amazing... I'm gonna order a set of RE test-pipes sometime for next season.

2 pipe and leave the stainless mesh on for the other 2 smaller pipes is the best sound from what I've heard. ACM doesn't sound as nice.
I agree I just pick my car from having it done 2 pipe mod stock everything just the mod holy love it

I ordered the Carpro Cquartz uk 2.0 kit for 65.99 usd from amazon, its enough to do 2 coatings for the entire car, I recommend watching some youtube vids and pretty straight forward. Just make sure you take your time and don't rush.

put on a little over 5000 miles since i got the car
time for an oil change

miles left to go estimate is very inflated as i had just driven back on the highway at a good pace
i usually get almost 270 miles to the tank

When did you get it? I sadly put only 15k since I got it at end of 2012, need to take her for more hard drives... but low mileage discount on insurance ftw haha

I've had mine for about a month. it's absolutely perfect. I did the 2 Pipe (welded steel pipes in place of 2 large perforated pipes) and it's incredible. Makes driving at any level better. On the highway, there's no drone, but when you give it throttle at 70 in 7th gear, it has a phenomenal, aggressive tone.. around town, it's as if it's optional if you want it to be loud. if you want to be quiet, low rpms are pretty normal. M mode's throttle response makes it even better. downshifts sound great.. it's 5x better than I hoped for.

Checked my avg. MPG after 2 months of ownership.. I drive fairly aggressive but have a 23 mile commute each way to work, highway mostly, avg about 75-80 mph on the highway.. so far after 2K miles and 2 months, I'm averaging 19 mpg, which is much better than I expected.

Always run BP or Shell 93 oct. Did a Liquid Moly oil change when I got it day one, plus new spark plugs this past week. pretty happy with this mpg, I was expecting much less after reading comments on here.

Received word from the dealership that after 2 weeks of fighting b/w my warranty company and the dealership and waiting for parts, I can finally come get my ///M and bring it home and turn in this garbage '19 A5 sportback loaner(do not buy this car, it is atrocious for the money). I'm running out of work early as we speak!
