Custom DTM Blacked Out E92/E93 Headlights $1250 - $500 for your lights
First let me just say that these headlights have a yellow lens film currently installed. After doing these headlights I decided to add the film to protect the new lenses(within 50 or so miles of installation.) I will see about leaving them on for next buyer, but more than likely buyer will want to see them without lens film. About the headlights: DTM rings, matte black housings, shrouds, and corner housings, new OEM lenses, and 2x2 Carbon Fiber eyebrows. They are still on my car until probably next weekend, so obviously just trying to see if there is any early interest. I will offer a $500 discount for your old headlights. If you are local I can assist in R&R on your car. I can ship for probably around $50 insured with tracking. Last edited by Spun Crankhub; 03-07-2019 at 01:56 AM.. |

These are NOT my recent project. I am trying gloss black to match my jet black paint. Who knows, I might wanna go another route, haha. Leaning towards trying another set with a gunmetal or space gray theme
The great thing about these ebay rings is that the outer ring is measurably thinner, thus fitting them is easy, no pressing up against the lens, which also allows you to mount the eyelid a bit higher, thus not costing you any of your headlight beam. Think I got this set done in about 10-12 hours total. |

Just did some numbers, and I think I need to be at $1,250 + shipping based on the current cost if someone were to purchase everything needed to complete this project.
(1) pair of L+R headlights, New pair of OEM lenses, CF eyebrows, DTM rings, butyl sealant I think its a bargain!!! |

Those look very nice... Not a fan of the yellow, but I do like the design of them.

And in case anyone is wondering, these are moisture free. I tossed in some silica gels during install. I tested the seal and fogging up factor just after install by spraying them with a hose after having had the headlights on for about 15 minutes. 4 months and maybe 1000+/- or so miles and still seal is good.
