Had some 20 somethings honk and wave at me this morning.
Ran into a white m3 headed the other way home from the office. Driver to driver nod. Love the aura around these cars. |

Finally replaced my ghetto weighted stock knob with this UUC knob. I waited an eternity for the rk7a-l which they just couldn't make for me, so I had to settle for the rk6a-l.

Ahhhhh... After serious hail damage to my car from last summer driving across the country the ride is fully repaired... $23k and some change later the car looks new once again...
Ownership of this car has been one crazy ride... from replacing the engine due to rb and main bearing damage, I can confidently say that all the body panels of my car have been replaced and repainted in original Alpine White. It's almost like having a new car once again (with 101k miles). Now that the e93 is back gonna park it for a bit and junk up the wife's AMG a bit longer... hehehehehhe... Sorry no pictures. But I will post some when I take new shots of this completely stock ride.

Thought I could drive over some debris on the road, ended up karate chopping the shit out of it with my lip. Thankfully, my lip made it through unscathed. Alpha N FTW!

I returned back from ACM in NJ (650 miles away) after having the following work done:
WPC treated rod bearings Motor mounts Eibach Prokit Dinan supplemental ride kit ESS VT1-550 It was my first experience with ACM and I can't recommend them enough. Tom was awesome to deal with along with everyone else over there. ![]() ![]() |

I did not want a N20 and the only thing that came to mind was a 328. Wish I could of gotten a E91, but they are all automatic or have to much mileage.... I agree they are reliable and the n52 as plenty of torque for a daily. Good tones from the engine; it as the bmw performance muffler. Oh and from now on, I will see some coffee drip on the passenger knees from the awesome cup holders even during winter ![]() |

This last week was quite a saga installing my RW Carbon performance rear spoiler. So I get the spoiler delivered and I'm all giddy to install it. I remove the standard spoiler per usual methods but the adhesive is EXTRA stuck on the trunk, like way more than I've experienced before. Frankly I can't get it all up with massive amounts of elbow grease, potent solvents, tools, you name it. I get the thick stuff up but there is still a layer...
Well I guess I'll install anyway! Double sided high strength Scotch tape/goo, tape it down solid for a few hours and yay it looks great! Leave car outside in sun and subsequently overnight outside. Next day, double check before heading to work and I think it loosened from the cool night. It's not falling off, I can press it down, but it ain't good. I drive to work praying it won't fly off and I make it there then home. On the way home I pick up BMW Betalink from the dealer and re-install with the real deal. Betalink is DOPE. I can't believe I even bothered with double sided tape. My spoiler is now rock solid, the install was easier IMO, and the look is perfection. A detail, tint, and sunset later... ![]() ![]() |

Judd, what brand and type of double sided tape did you use? 3m makes an automotive specific tape that comes in different thicknesses and widths. I’ve been using it for years on several applications and never doubted my installs. There’s also a method to the installation to ensure you’re getting full coverage contact |
