Piston strength becomes an issue as well. Since heads must come off consider replacing pistons as well. There are alusil compatible pistons.

I've read around 800hp a couple times here but not many people forge their S65 internals so not much data to back it up

Easily More than 1000 WHP you may find pistons ,Pind rods and bolts up to 1500 HP!!!

Easily More than 1000 WHP you may find pistons ,Pind rods and bolts up to 1500 HP!!!

I do not use drew sistem !
For that kind off power you must change Fuel Lines 10 AN
Fuel Rail 10 AN
Radium Catch thank with 3 Bigger Walbros
And a bunch off Stuff
I suggest you search for Steven Dinna ,and ask a quote for project!

Then you will be just a little over 400 lbs rwtq and the stock rods should be OK. But you must accept that you are taking a risk. You have to maintain the most octane reasonably possible at the power level you want.

For Small power like that ,you may call Gintani,they has a especial Tunning and Fuel sistem for e-85. With stock engine and V2TI they achieved 711 WHP
