I am not trying to be curt, want to help. I only hear clicking which I interpret as related to the camera refocus, what are you hearing?

Negative .

From 33 to 57 seconds runtime in the video I hear the noise from a switch going on and off (every 2 seconds)
It sounds like the noise from a valve going open and close . That's why I said above that I think it's the noise from a pump .
But...I'm still not sure what it is . But the noise is in the video . That's for sure .

I just got an engine service light on, I checked on the OBD it was the cylinder 1 misfire. I figured I could have a broken intake valve... what do you guys think?

It's the faulty ignition coil...
