Need Help with Timing

Hey guys,

Seems like I am having a problem with my timing chain.

The car is running, but it looks like the timing is wrong.
If someone knows a guide? I looked everywhere, and I keep getting different guides.

If someone is local to Los Angeles, I am paying to get help on this. My car is at a buddy's shop, and you can use all the tools, and jack.

How did you determine the timing is wrong? Was there a service done on the engine that required the timing be disturbed?
