yea that link has the pdfs linking to a sight to purchase them. basically what i gathered is bmw filed a motion in February to dismiss the case. pretty typical but i don't think the hearing has happened yet. i'm sure bmw's attorneys are delaying and drawing this thing out as long as possible. i bet the motion hearing will happen in September or so.

No. BMW has enough exposure here to pay its lawyers to respond, first by trying to dismiss. That way they do not even have to file an answer.

They had decided not to show up once and it was decided in our forum members favor. Not too long ago. Small claims court though if that makes a difference.

I just received an email from the Siminou firm requesting documentation/receipts showing RB failure diagnosis and repair cost. I had reached out to them a while ago and it seems they're following up and gathering evidence.

If "we" want to see this go anywhere, everyone needs to pitch in, reach out to them, and provide evidence that can be used to hold BMW accountable. It's a California case right now, but there's a much better chance of it advancing if it can be proven that this is happening hundreds of times across the nation.
