Can go aluminum plate.
Either deansbimmer version (100 sold on our forums - can vouch its legit) or the Turner version.

Car is in shop. Runs like a beast at 97k miles so I figured time to put some money into it since it's been hella good to me.

Oil change, DCT trans fluid change, rear diff fluid change, brake fluid flush, and lame rear driver side door lock actuator fix.

I've been looking at possibly upgrading my daily. I don't have space for multiple cars. Was looking at M5, M6 GC, or something more fun such as P-car, or even older R8 or Gallardo. I can't seem to lock in on anything and can't see myself moving on from the M as my daily. Decided to get it ready to run another 100k miles.

Spark plugs.

Cera Tec has reduced my Blackstone reports to near zero wear on all internals, but man it sure is brutal on plugs. These have just under 20,000 miles on them. You can see the pitting on the center electrode.

That might be normal wear. Plugs need to be changed at 30k intervals (+/-) on the S65.

Has NGK come out with an Iridium version for the S65 yet? I loved those plugs in the S54 and S50 motors.

Could be, but I doubt it. I have friends that have not gone the Cera Tec route that have like new looking plugs after 35k. These had 18k.

I'm happy with the trade-off though. Barely wearing internals (at least according to Blackstone) as opposed to having to swap $100 plugs twice as often is just fine in my book.

Everything they sell has a lifetime warranty. Oil, plugs, brake pads, filters. Use your plugs for 30k miles, when you are ready for your next set, buy a new set fill out the return form for the old set and they reimburse you for the set you just bought. This is the same procedure for every maintenance item on the car. Maybe someone can post an FCP thread that has been floating around. This is a video on how to return "used oil" so that they can send you a brand new oil kit.
