For sale is my ESS 625 kit! Has roughly 6500 miles on the kit. Kit is in great shape, has all components needed for install, except the tune.

looks like you're running a much smaller pulley to take into consideration your elevation. do you have the original pulley for those closer to sea level?

just adding a FYI to potential buyers - the 650 pulley is 94mm, 625 pulley is 96mm. the pulley you have here is 88mm which = kaboom.

no problem. i guess i should also add that the white injectors came with the older kits. they should now be blue. the white will work just fine though with the 625. the 650 kit will need blue.

any interest in a streetbike? 2008 buell 1125cr with lots of goodies, clean title, and only 3600 original miles? its a garage queen.

Hey All, been out of the country for the last few weeks. azndrunk74 is right. We were testing some different pulley diameters. But the correct one is 96.5mm. Which is also included in the kit along with the appropriate belt. Pic attached.
This kit is 4 years old.
