rattle after Akra install with video

so I have this small rattle when exhaust is cold. I'm trying to find a source and I hope someone had this issue and resolved it..
cold exhaust, during low speed back and forward and seems like when engine shakes that's when it happens and then goes away once all warms up. I recently cut out my HFC from AA test pipes and one was rattling because it was too long so I had that adjusted and now there is plenty of clearance. I checked clamps and o2 sensors and all brackets and everything is tights, I guess I should check the header connections bolts - i didn't.. here is a video - short one and it happens at 0:02 you'll hear it, it a faint little rattle, I was thinking maybe shield but i think it may sound like a pipe more... let me know

Hard to go by a half second sound in a video but I would say it sounds like the header heat shields vibrating. There are tiny metal clips that hold the two sections together on each bank. Those go missing and cause that type of sound. May be plausible if you were pushing things back and forth to fit the Akra.

Also check the aluminum heat shielding around the transmission and the driveshaft, those can contact the pipes too.

It's really hard to capture this sound since it's so faint and only for a second at the time, I will put the car on a lift and check everything down there and I hope I get it. Like you said it's a test pipe vs some shield most likely. Just have to find which one..

I had that exact sound when I got my Gintani x-pipe installed.
I took it to my mechanic for something else and asked him to check my x-pipe.
It was about 3 years ago and I don't remember exactly what did he do, but I remember him saying that they installed some spacer to stop vibration. Never had that problem since.

not sure where would the spacer go but I'm going to try messing with it somehow

fixed... turned out to be a misaligned test pipe and bad header gasket that allowed test pipe to be loose on the header and leak exhaust too. Replaced both header- test pipe gaskets with new ones that were 3 times thicker than the old ones.. old ones were disintegrated.. I think I took off my test pipes maybe 5 times altogether I guess that plus 8 years of wear killed them!

here are pictures of those gaskets!! so whoever get a sudden rattle after install new exhaust and all clearance is good this may be your problem!!
