Am I the only one? (Corsa)

.....am I the only individual who polished their new SS exhaust before installation?
LOL
(because I didn't like the marks the packaging made along with other handling nits and nats)
I need help
Corsa was nice enough to make me a fresh set when the pair I ordered had different weld technique (dates apart on L/R pipes).

Oh wow I just did something interesting that I usually do with drumheads before I put them onto my kits.....
I tap drumheads in open air space to gauge their resonant quality. I do it at Guitar Center or SamAsh in the drum department before I buy them. Some have tone, some are flat/dead.
I just tapped on the muffler canisters for the four mufflers I have from Corsa.
The new set are very close in frequency...
Sound like bells although very muted.
However the set I'm sending back are somewhat apart .... hmmm I wonder if that would have any effect on their relative sound.
Probably not?
....anyway I thought it might be interesting to you guys

On the inside it has the perforated mesh. It's like a mini resonator

Nice job but you may change your mind once you see them installed. I painted mine a flat black to make them more inconspicuous and am happy with them. The cans don't look very appealing sticking out at the bottom.

Interested to see them installed.

I know about the fitment, and I kinda like that they look like a "set hangin' low" ---
if you know what I mean

I had the entire unit ceramic coated along with the black tips from Corsa...
This then paired with ESS X-pipe w/HFC makes a combo that not only looks great but sounds incredible

So guys--- once the road salt is rinsed away in Indy with some decent rain in next couple weeks I will have it installed.
That big so-called winter storm that fizzled out? They went nuts with the road salt here and now it's everywhere.

will post pics of install

It was. I am looking forward to your feedback on how it plays to your ears ( good or bad).
