Remus Race

Is anyone here running Remus race here? I'm getting that, a cf diffuser, cf splitters on my e92 SSII. I'll post pics and sound clips after the install

I am running it with the Remus xpipe and optional connecting pipes. Just yesterday I bought an OEM muffler to replace the Remus Race. It's too loud for me and drones. Cold start sounds like a truck. Other than that, it sounds great during spirited driving.

Stock x-pipe and Remus connecting pipes. Hopefully it's a good combo

Finally got my Remus Race installed (stock xpipe/MS Test pipes).

Love the sound especially at WOT. Its a little raspy but I like it. The drone is VERY present however. Windows down it takes over the car at 2k rpm lol. Windows up, and music on, you can still hear it but nothing crazy annoying as of yet anyway.

I recommend it. Just know that it is LOUD. People will look over every time you pass by and for some reason a lot more people want to race now

And if anyone is curious...do not run the Remus Race X pipe with OEM muffler...it's like a muffled scream. Going back to the full Remus Race setup this weekend

a muffled scream lol...I'm having a hard time imagining that one

How much louder does the Remus X pipe make the remus rear section? right now I'm on Remus rear with OEM pipe and MS Test pipes

Sorry, I don't know you're probably just as loud without the primary cats in the way. Adding the Remus X pipe to your setup would be the same as deleting the secondaries and resonators. You'd basically be straight piping it up until the Remus muffler, which isn't all that much of a muffler to begin with, so I'm guessing it would be very loud and unbearable.

I have remus full titanium exhaust from the headers back. It's VERY loud and around 2k rpms has some kind of harmonics or idk but its enough to rupture your ear drums. Fun to drive but long drives can start to hurt your ears.
