ESS 550 Unusual Whistling

Just noticed this unusual whistling noise as I was pulling into my garage this evening. Haven't heard this before...any thoughts on what it might be?

I've noticed this noise only occurs sometimes, heard it again today after about a week of silence. It happens when I'm giving the car a tiny bit of throttle, so normally I notice it when I'm backing up and feathering the clutch/gas. It goes away if the RPM is higher than about 1.5k. Nobody has heard this before?

Turns out I was mistaken in the last post, it only makes the noise between idle and 1k RPM, and only when the car is warmed up. Here's a video from inside the car.
