They look like really nice pieces. If I was going to stick with oem rear calipers, I'd definitely pickup a set.

Going Solid
Ordered these bad boys from MRF (subframe) and Turner (rear diff) respectively. Install date TBD, but probably in our too long "off" season.

Yeah, so my alignment is way off due to my, "excursions". I haven't had the alignment checked in probably over 8 track days:
Front camber Before: -3.12 L -3.22 R Front toe before: -0.49 L 0.30 R Camber rear: -1.62 L -1.72 R Toe rear: 0.49 L 0.28 R Now I'm at: -3.2 camber both L and R front tires 0 toe on L and R front tires -1.86 camber both L and R rears 0.12 toe both L and R rears

That's nothing. I used to have to get an alignment after every event at TWS. I think problem has been solved though.

The videos of TWS I've seen make that track look like the original hippodrome chariot track, lmao

FWIW I think I jacked up my alignment using so much curb at COTA (I used every inch there was on some corners). Then I rinsed/repeated and did it again at Laguna. I should have bought the unlimited alignments but I don't want to go back to the shop I used (scary equipment maintenance...).

I just replaced my fronts, which had plenty of center tread left, but was worn pretty heavily on the shoulder. Kumho Ecsta PS91 tires now instead of Michelin Pilot Super Sports, so at $330 for a set of 2 on my street tires, I'm not worried if my excessive camber kills them early . It'll be a good experiment to see how it goes.Hopefully with a non-jacked up alignment, more understeer so the car doesn't slide out underneath me in every turn, I should be setting faster lap times. Who knows, I could have done all this work for nothing, haha. We'll see.

Didn't PB in hot ass weather and unlucky traffic in the first two cool sessions. Will post vid later but ended up just having fun sliding around and rallying.
My car got mad and said no dsc off so your ass can pb again at some point. Lol

FWIW, the BimmerWorld shifter looks similar to the one from AKG Motorsports. Wouldn't want to use either or the CAE with stock engine and trans mounts though.
Currently running AKG 75D solid engine mounts and UUC red trans mounts with Enforcer Cups and the CAE works incredibly well. Its heavy spring centering helps to keep from getting lost in the gates on the track. And it keeps it from flopping around. Also has a reverse lockout which the other two do not, if that's of any importance. The CAE Ultra Shifter is really worth every cent, imho, for a dual duty car. The BimmerWorld or AKG shifter, otoh, are perfect for pure track/race cars.

Off topic, but I saw 30-40 FGTs in Austin today, including the heritage edition (<3). There were also a couple of track-prepped ones with cage and large wing, one of which I saw being used properly at COTA earlier this year. I'm sure I'm not the only FGT fan here.
