Carly BMW fault code 2B4C ?
I was hoping you guys can help me some conflicting info
I pulled a 2B4C code with the Carly BMW app and the description from the app is Ion Current control module internal bank 1 When I went to google the error code I got some sites confirming the Ion Current control module internal bank 1 description and some sites indicating that a 2B4C is Intake-air temperature sensor, plausibility http://wiki.rcollins.org/core/index....),_ECU_(MSS-60) http://www.m3post.com/forums/showpos...2&postcount=79 I was wondering if anyone can give me a definitive answer on which error it is? Thanks

Future reference for others that may have the same question
Hello, I’ve checked the texts in our app. The text is correct and BMW writes in their own fault reports the same text for this fault. With the ions they mean the air-particles and so they mean the intake air temperature sensor. The text in the forum will be the better translation, but BMW has used exact the text we shows in the app. I’ll check if we can change the text here.
