Seems to be spotty around SoCal. Willow springs looks like sun/clouds with no rain.

Did a track day bro helmet sticker mod. Should help with track times... Hoping to set a new pb at big willow.

Sticker adds 5hp, PB should be no problem! I actually set a PB yesterday ... by .2 seconds. Its the small victories, looking too do it again today!

140tw NT05's rock BTW, more grip than I have commitment at this point and stickiest tires I've run to date. Like them better than the Cup 2's on my last car, those weren't nearly as wide though so not sure if that's a fair comparison. Cup 2's were 180tw.

So the forecast was rain. It was pouring on my trip there at night but sunny when we got there in the morning. The runoffs of course we're muddy. So a lot of people decided to sling mud all over the place at essential spots. Someone laid a track of mud on cotton corners which kills your time all the way to bus stop and then people threw mud on riverside and the kink - high speed so don't want slippery shit there.

Didn't PB and tires corded.

I almost pb'd but I was too busy looking at my aim solo saying that it was a PB and when I looked up I almost went flying off track and barely made the right hand turn for sweeper.

It's been a bad habit of mine looking at the +/- while I'm on track to see how my lap is going. Next time I'm covering the screen with painters tape or I'll only look while crossing start finish. It's been killing me the past few events!
