McKeNNA BMW no more

WELL no more discounts to parts to our fellow M3POST members, so for years i have been purchasing my parts through McKenna however the associate and the manager stated that since they have change their management and employees through their parts dept. they are no longer giving discounts but 10% discounts from the RRP price. so i asked for a quote of the Thermostat and waterpump the guy quoted me

1. Thermostat $178
2. Waterpump $678

oh and they said that these prices are 10% off .... LMAO

I almost giggled cause no other BMW dealers charges me for that much. i guess ill start buying my parts through another dealership cause the quote they gave me was a joke.

other dealers quoted me for
1. Thermostat $72.00
2. waterpump $472.00


I wonder where they are getting the price thats a big jump. Crazy

yeap, i got screwed as well but in the service dept. I dont even want to start cause the person in the service dept. is here.... dont want to blast him

I got screwed by both of them. Tischer sent me the wrong parts (VIN supplied) and Mckenna took payment on a part they could not deliver when they said it would ship.

Why do you guys buy from dealerships in the first place? They're the last resort for me, bought all my parts from either fcpeuro.com or through Amazon.

BTW, the thermostat is $63 from fcp

They used this site for marketting several years back... They were giving discount to all m3post members discounts were very good below everyone else... For years i have been going to them and had not had any issues until new management... They were very active to the community... Even the service dept not until recent their parts and service dept now sucks... Ive now had nothing but bad service and as for the parts dept. they are quoting me insane price double what other BMW dealer is asking... But thanks for the link seems like ecstuning still has the best price on most parts...

Wow, really? I had nothing but great service. As far as pricing goes, they always price matched me whenever I found something that is cheaper.
