Got rear ended and my IPE F1 exhaust was slightly damaged, can it be repaired?

Title pretty much says it. I was rear ended the other day and the axle back section of my IPE F1 setup got damaged. I already contacted IPE and the short version is I was told I have an entire F1 setup again... not exactly the most economical route. From what I can tell, the connecting pipes are the only parts that truly appear damaged. The passenger side took the brunt of the hit and driver side is bent slightly towards the center. The tips look like theyre still lined up properly but I could be wrong. Are there any shops in the US that could repair the axle back section and if so does anyone have a recommendation for a shop? Can post better pics if need be.

I assumed thats what would be done. Unfortunately there are only mom and pop exhaust shops around my area and none of them have the tools to fab the needed pipe. And if I'm going to have it repaired then I'd rather just pay once and have it done right.

Why wouldn't insurance cover it (i.e. full replacement)?

if it's your fault (which i doubt), just have an exhaust shop cut and replace like the first response recommends, if it's not your fault, have the person that hit you pay for a new replacement. if they give you a hard time, have your insurance deal with them. that is what you pay them for.
