Test Pipes + Sosi x-pipe + OEM Modded Exhaust

I currently have my exhaust modded the perforated way where we cut out the perforated pipes & welded in solid ones. It sounds great in my opinion, but want to be more aggressive & louder. Occasionally when downshifting it kinda backfires & I want more of that.

I drive my car on campus & I want to be loud, but not a shitty sounding loud (i don't mind some raspiness). In order to get the backfiring though, I've read that you should delete your cats, hence why I've come to the idea of TP's, Sosi x-pipe, paired w my current modded exhaust.

Anyone run this setup before? Any predictions as to how it'd sound? Performance gains? I wouldn't be getting a tune w the TP's.
