When did they change the recommendation for E9x M3s to 10k?

I read that memo from BMW as being 10k OCI for turbocharged engines. Which is what my F30 328i is.

Have we gotten a favorable reply from BMW for this issue? Or is this a something that would never be taken care of?

It would be a great piece of mind before i buy a e9x m3. Not like i would sway from buying one anyways... but ...

Don't let the fear mongering people on this forum scare you away. While it is true that rod bearings failures are possible, it is a very rare occurrence when you factor in the thousands of other M3s not represented on this forum.

my rod bearings failed last week and bmw na denied my goodwill attempt. now its take it to eas for 2400 and possibly i would need a new engine so 15k maybe? wish this classaction came to fruition.
