I just saw this on Turner's webpage.

"FYI, the Corsa also has a helmholtz chamber."

Yes to both of these...I checked out every after market exhaust both in person and what I could find online...from those that sold for hundreds of $$$ to over $10,000...compared sound, rasp, drone, etc...and in my humble opinion nothing could compare to the Corsa...
The biggest rap on the Corsa is the looks...but when you order the black tips and have it ceramic plated the looks match the sound...not overwhelming unless you want it to be...
Here's what someone else posted and they have bought and used many different exhausts:

Of course opinions are like rear ends...everyone has one...just what works for me!

I like this thread. What's funny is that I was looking to upgrade my exhaust at some point and I came down to these two due to "sounds good","not loud", "little to no drone." This is what I want because I like the stockers, just wish had a bit more volume.

Is the Corsa as free flowing as the Dinan (or any other slip ons)?

The Dinan is no more free flowing than the other exhausts on the market.

And FWIW, the Corsa paired with the MS X-pipe is VERY loud. At idle its very quiet but if you get on it, it's very very loud. I like the way it sounds though

I'm going to be selling an x-pipe soon that should fit the bill. Ran it with my OEM muffler and it sounded perfect.

OP - I prefer Dinan to the Corsa for name and fitment purposes. Corsa sounds great with test pipes, but as other have said, it is most ugly.

Dinan with test pipes here and couldn't be happier. Extremely civil and *exotic* sounding, with an operatic rasp when you honk on it. VERY happy I went with this cost effective setup.

Yup, I have the dinan rear section with an MS catless setup. The sound is incredible. Nothing but compliments

I've owned both the Corsa (actually 4 of them) and 2 Dinan exhausts on my 6 E9x M3s. The Dinan exhaust is a very nice piece, but it does not sound nearly as exotic and different as the Corsa does. The Corsa is VERY unique sounding, and sounds amazing, where the Dinan sounds good, it sounds like many other E9x M3 exhausts.

The Corsa, on the e92 with a new set of tips (slightly larger) and a quick spray of high temp paint looks fantastic. On the e90, the cans are much closer to the bumper and harder to hide.

I've had the corsa on my e90 for five years now and I am still just as excited to start it up now and listen to it as I was the first day.....it is by far the best valued exhaust on the market. It truly makes the s65 sound amazing, best way I can explain it is that it sounds like a Ferrari Enzo mixed with a new 5.0 mustang.

This is my experience with the Corsa as well. I have CF plenum and it gets drowned out at higher RPM by induction, which is kind of what I want. The induction noise comes on at WOT and higher RPM so the exhaust filling out the low end is nice.

I just sold my full Becker system (resonated catless x-pipe) to a catted ESS X-pipe with Corsa rear section. I was a little disappointed at the sound volume of the Corsa at first, but it's grown on me. I was sold when I had a friend drive it and rev it and I heard it from outside the car. Holy shit it sounds insane!
And it's true, no drone on the Corsa exhaust. I'll try to upload my sound clip and share it soon.

I have the dinan with test pipes picked it up used for a steal. Great when you are on it , no drone not loud at idle. Part of me wants a little more which would probably be corsa but the cans are not great to look at

I have a straight pipe Eisenmann race on my 6MT and corsa catback on my DCT.

If you want motorsport sound, look no further than Eisenmann race&catless.
If you want refined exotic sound on streets, Corsa is second to none.

This is very true, after owning a few Corsas on various E9x M3s it's very different sounding from any other E9x M3 exhaust for sure. It's the only exhaust on this platform I've heard that actually totally changes the tone.

To me, it reminds me of a cross between an Audi RS3 (5 cylinders) and a BMW M5 V10.

My absolutely favorite combo for this car to date is my current setup.

Eisenmann Race, MS X-Pipe with added HFCs and a CarboProject Carbon intake plenum. It makes beautiful music in all the rev range, only has a slight drone at 2k, shuts completely off at highway cruising speeds, smooth and rasp free but screams bloody murder at WOT.
