Lol not rustled at all. This thread has gone through the predictable cycle of.... Hot chick posts on thread for attention..... Guys drool.... A small few question the legitimacy of it all.... It's certainly a great change of pace from the Belgium guy spreading fear, panic, and misinformation about rod bearings every day.

I hope that chick sticks around but I doubt it.

The guy I quoted was acting like its a crowning achievement to have an attractive girl who likes high end cars.... How rare!!!!!!! Lol

Man, you have got to be the most negative person on these forums. I personally agree this thread is a bit on the lame side, but why do you keep telling us you're done with it, then coming back to it and commenting and telling everyone how much it sucks?

In fact, nearly every single post of yours on these forums is complaining or bitching about something (see below).

Several posts from this morning were removed by mods because it did get a bit out of hand and offensive due to one particular troll whom I'm guessing is now banned. But overall I see where you are coming from.

Uh ya so back on topic...

I got some cool M swag gear! I ordered some decals on ebay and the keychain from Amazon. I couldn't be happier!

I also put one of the decals on my wiper blade. I really like it and its like one of those tattoos you get just for yourself that no one else really sees.


I also did a little project myself. I wanted to keep one of my apple devices that I don't really use to just store audio books and random music on it and leave it in the glove compartment. Since I can chose the music through the nav screen there's no need for me to be able to access the device directly. I got a 6ft lightning cable and wired it (more like stuffed it) under the plastic panels. I'll let the pics do the explaining, but the 6ft was a perfect length and now my glove box has more room, not to mention I never have to worry about taking my phone out, plugging it in and forgetting about it when I leave.

Seeing that cable would drive me nuts. I would rather just have keep the device in the console, unless you're hooking it up to an iPad or something large.

The only place you can see the cable is if you're in the back seat (and who goes back there?). Inside the glove compartment sits an iPad.

The cable would drive me nuts too. I just keep my iPod in the center console, and it does everything your iPad would do

Just a thought, I would've rather bought a cheap iPod for the center console than ran a cable to the glove box for my iPad. You could drill into the bottom of the center console and run the cable through the center passed the shifter like you have it to make the install a little cleaner. Or even tap into the wire that goes to the USB port in the center console?

Cable in the back wouldn't bother me... what does bug me is that USB connector which is built-in behind the glove box door (upper left) was set up by BMW to only be useable for data transfers. Wut??
