Why did my 650 kit come with white/grey injectors? Did they change things around?

You don't need more than that for the kit. Your fuel system is the limiting factor

Interesting. I had the white/grey on my 625 kit but got the blue when I paid for the 650 upgrade 2 years ago. Apparently now when you buy a 625 you get the blue injectors.

I wonder if the white/grey flow more than the blue injectors. You don't happen to have the part numbers for those handy do you?

The blue flow more fuel according to ESS. I would hate to be under-fueled when mixing with ethanol on this car. I don't think anyone has reported testing higher concentrations of ethanol than I have in the US with a 650/8,600 rpm fuel cut although my target of e24 is basically the min ethanol content mixed with gasoline in some countries like Brazil from what I understand. It also gives me effectively 93 octane when mixed with pump 91.

I'd love for someone to test higher E concentrations if they can do it in a safe environment to prevent a catastrophic failure.

5 gallon water tank in your trunk is the cheapest, easiest and best solution for IAT suppression.

Need more data. Is an exposed aluminum tank the best so it dumps the heat in the trunk? Or is a coated one better? It seems there's also 2.5gal and other sized tanks too.

Where do the water lines run? The water line inlet/outlets are on the right side of the car (US passenger side). Does the pump need to be moved to the trunk or will gravity draining suffice in this case?

There's no post I've seen on the forum that shows examples of how this was done or much of theory behind why lines were routed certain ways.

i'm really hoping that 1)some one offers a kit with the tank and lines/fittings for sale
2) some one DIY with pics. it seems pretty easy.
i'm going to try and tackle this in late August, i'm just having trouble sourcing the fittings and hoses. there are dozens of tanks for sale. it just depends on how much you want to spend and what size. 2.5 gallon would be pretty cool but it seems most are 5 gallon.

Aluminum tank is fine. Run lines to the trunk. You can try to get away with the stock pump, spend the money on a upgraded pump, or use a submersible bilge pump

Sorry I'm on a flight and I can't figure out to mobile search but I remember Bihn (m33too) posted details of his kit I think it was in his 10.4 @ 135 drag strip thread.

I also exchanged pms with him and called his shop (didn't speak with him but spoke with he other owner) and from what I remember the kit includes the tank/mount and all water lines and fittings.
