started with akra slip on (as was afraid of the exhaust being too loud) and eventually upgraded to the full evo - the evo is a must - engine feels great, the note is awesome. in the lower rev ranges, no louder than stock. thing only screams when you hit 6k+. zero complaints on my end . . .

Its light and looks good, it's over priced and adds no performance gains other than weight, the sound is deeper but not much different than stock.

All those being true, I like mine because the aesthetics for me were big, I do not like the look of the stock exhaust, especially because I have eliminated all of the chrome on my car. I enjoy the sound, mine is paired with acm test pipes and sometimes I wish it were louder, but mostly I am happy with the sound

Those are cool vids but unfortunately do the GT4 no justice whatsoever. You have to go to a race track and stand outside an M3 with GT4 blasting past you to experience the uniqueness, refinement and aural pleasure of this incredible system.

I dont like akrapovic just because of the sound. I think m3 has to scream ! Thats why i prefer innotech. Sure , akrapovic has the best performance ever !

I definitely agree with you.

The Akra GT4 is by far the best sound I've heard on the E9X
