Mode Carbon GT4 - BBS E88

I had a little time this afternoon to take some quick pictures of my car with a new Mode Carbon GT4 front lip and a couple of my wheel sets.

Mode Carbon - You may have noticed that I previously had the GTS V2 lip. I loved it but made a rookie mistake and lost it to a railroad track

. Sam at Mode Carbon hooked me up with the GT4 lip as a replacement. The fit, mounting hardware, and build quality of the GT4 lip are all very impressive. I'm somewhat glad that the GTS lip was damaged because the GT4 is an awesome product and a step up from the GTS version. Amazingly I'm not finding that my clearance is any less with the GT4 lip - despite it's appearance. I highly recommend it!

Go with red BBS center caps and maybe some of the same red somewhere else - mirrors, rear lip, IND half cage, etc..Just an idea.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I won't be going that route. I think the red center caps look cheesy plus Silverstone has a blue tint which would clash with red.

The BBS look great in-combo with the new lip. Love the old look but this looks very good as well. Although the e88s do hide those beautiful brakes!

As much as I love all your previous sets of HRE's, I have to say the E88's work so well, even in gold. I think with the stance and the new lip, you can totally pull it off. I really think you should keep them, or if you don't like the color, get the refinished in gunmetal or black!
