Their red and orange group do attract quite a few racers but as long as you are aware of your surroundings than you shouldn't have any real issues, as long as your aren't holding up too many cars or acting unsafe on the track. The great thing about PCA SD in a TT event, is that every post your times to their website so you can see where you fit best. They will move people up and down a class in order to make sure they avoid people being in the wrong group creating a dangerous situation.

USC, I think you do have to be a memeber of PCA, but it isn't very much and they send you a monthly magazine which I enjoy reading anyway.

I have signed up along with a couple of buddies for the BW event on the 16/17

See you guys out there.
I've done PCA Las Vegas (back in 2005-2007 when I lived in Vegas), PCA GGR, PCA Orange Coast, and PCA SD track events (this year these 3 chapters) and I hadn't had to sign up for a PCA membership. Even if there would be a fee it'd be less than a BMW CCA membership to do the BMW CCA events.

I'm planning on going to the PCA SD at BW in a few weeks on if there's no rain in the forecast (I will not track my car in the rain since I don't like driving it in the rain on the streets). Are you going to the open test day on Friday the 15th? I'm thinking about playing hookie from work since I've never ran 1CCW before (only ran 13CCW once...in Sept).

I was on the fence about the Friday test day. I really don't want to do 3 days in a row, and it seems like the event might be in question, as they need at least 35 cars to make it happen. The last time my friend checked they only had 12 people signed up, so I went ahead and signed up for the 2 days with PCA.

Hopefully, it won't rain at BW because that track gets awfully slippery when wet.

Are you going to Button next week with PCA?
Dude, I just saw your CVR video and, wow, that was a learning experience. I need to revise my lines a lot at CVR!

Hey OC,

Don't follow my lines. I am like Stevie Wonder trying to navigate the 405.

That was my first time running CCW at CVR and I was pretty lost most of the time. I wanted to hang back and follow all those P cars to find the line. What I found out was everyone had a different line. Lol.

Kormaster and I are headed to BW this week for a 3 day event. Yikes!!!!

Saw your last week's BRP video just now. Had I known it's CCW config, I would've joined!

BTW, nice tank slapper by that white cup car @ 9:06 in front of you.

I had a good time mixing it up with those guys on Friday. Only 2 run groups that day so there was over 6 hours of open track time. There were so many Cup Cars out there doing their testing for the weekend races and the sound was just sick.

Hey man.

Long story. I'm sure EAS is a good shop. I just don't have any experience with them. My last couple of suspension-related, recent work was done by WestEnd Alignment, whom I understand you already checked their schedule/availability for.

What I would suggest is, don't be stuck on one particular shop. If my experience is any indication, all shops do good & bad work, no exception.

Also, for HPDE stuff, the corner balance/alignment doesn't have to be exacting...

You've been on a tear lately, and I'm sure RaceWerkz can claim credit for some of your achievements.

To that, one might add GSR in Irvine/Lake Forest (Porsche/BMW).

Stay the hell away from GMG in Orange County. Unless you spend $10k minimum, your car won't get any attention.

And what about HP Autosport? They seem to be in your (@raziel5201314) neck of the woods...
