In my opinion you shouldn't tune a car around a problem but rather fix the underlying issue.

The problem disappeared when reloading the stock tune, leading me to wonder if it was the tune (when it really wasn't). It wasn't until I cleaned my tips was when I noticed the obstruction. This problem would have never been caught unless one really looked inside the muffler, and it would have probably been the last place anyone would have looked or placed blame on.
