ipe x pipe vs test pipe video

For the ones with test pipes + OEM mid section and OEM rear mufflers.
How do you like your sound? Here is a video of my custom iPE 200 cell cats x pipe + OEM rear mufflers.

Should I go with test pipes + OEM or keep my X pipe? Which would perform better? I find it a bit raspy.
I am getting an Evolve stage 2 tune soon.

Getting rid of the F-1? was the loss of torque that bad?

No, just curious how other members feel with their test pipes + OEM rear. I am going to try my current setup or the F1 + OEM rear but I am afraid the stink. lol

i have test pipes with OEM rear...

when warm, and in normal driving conditions, it sounds 98% stock.

cold start is a little bit louder than stock.

wide open throttle is loud (particularly, WOT between 3000-4200 rpm is loud/raspy/high pitched in the lower gears especially.)

in any and all conditions, my setup is considerably less 'raspy' than the one in the above posted video. hope this helps!

I also have test pipes and an oem rear and have considerably less rasp than the video. I find it slightly louder than stock at idle and noticeably deeper overall, with a definite difference at WOT - slightly more rasp than stock but not significant. The car just sounds meaner throughout. Was going to get a rear as well but happy w the test pipes for now.
