The irony here is you don't know shit about FI on the S65 and it hurts your pride/ego, so as an attorney you feel you can come in here and scare someone from giving their opinion on something that people do everyday on this forum. Here's an analogy that doesn't include shampoo, by your standards most of the hosts on Fox News could be sued for defamation with regards to their almost daily shots at Obama, it's preposterous. I'm not sure if you're Benvo's attorney or not, no doubt you have placed a huge interest here with your actions, but if you were his attorney I would have fired you already.

There's so much wrong with this post, I don't even know where to begin. You clearly do not understand the difference between defamation and opinion, nor do you understand the exceptions that exist for criticism of public figures (like the President of the United States). It's funny that you (assume) I don't know "shit" about forced-induction applications on the S65, yet you do not hesitate to open your mouth and prove, with post after post, that you have virtually no grasp of very basic legal concepts.

Drew, I dont even think hes a lawyer. Maybe a law student. I dont usually get involved in these personal debates but Hujan you come off as a DB. This is a car forum. Why sling around garbage law jargon and attempt to use it to threaten people? I and I am sure everyone else here has laywers in the family/friends. My brothers, sisters and inlaws are lawyers and they do not speak like that ...ever.

I used to speak like that when I was a student but I was just trying to memorize law terms for my exams. Keep the law garbage off the car forums.
