LOL yeah man hence why I'm not biased... Unbiased if anything... I'll admit from stock to stock an M3 versus a regular C63, the handling hands down IMO is better in an M3. The automatic transmission(DCT) in an M3 is by far a lot better and more responsive... I drive AMG's all day long and I've also driven some fast M's but the C63 Black Series is a whole other monster that BMW can't compete with in it's class(here in America).

I'm not a BMW or M3 nuthugger at all. A lot of my posts around here reflect that.

p.s. And how exactly do you know that the wider body of the BS has no benefits on the handling!? Last edited by Alex07M3; 12-20-2012 at 10:18 PM.. |

Okay my mistake I went off tangent, but perhaps you haven't seen the car up close to appreciate it's exterior designing or perhaps you don't appreciate the aggressiveness of the body styling? I don't know... I'm not here to wage war with you behind a screen about our opinions but it's for sure not ugly IMO... Since it's debut I've only seen three here at the dealership, a white one, a black one, and a matte black one, and honestly man they all look good and damn near drive good... Now for the price however I'd opt to get something different but for a vehicle in it's class it's damn near untouchable.

However....the torque curve of the SC M3 is a thing of beauty. The AMG's curve looks archaic in comparison.

Hahaha hey I work at House of Imports, just noticed this picture... Would you mind telling me the customers name? I believe I serviced this guy's vehicle or test drove it after service.

I think the C63 BS is a very impressive machine. The looks are a bit too extrovert for me and the transmission isn't my fave but the rest of the car is seriously impressive. Please tell us more about the '63 SC kit!

I'm sure it has some benefits that generally come with a wider stance obviously but it isn't markedly better than an M3 GTS which has tasteful fender flares (I will say that the M3 could use more aggressive rear flares). No amount of downforce (isn't 3800 lbs enough downforce ) can justify that wing (that goes for the GTS too). Quote:
