2013 Coding problems??
Has anyone done coding on their 2013?
I have gone to two different coders now who are both not able to get into the 2013 model for coding. The main thing I want is DVD on the go for my son, euro MDM and mirrors to fold in when I lock the car. Can anyone chime in that has had their 2013 M3 coded. Thank you (Yes my sig needs changing because I had ordered a 2012 and was delivered a 2013)

I coded all of those features and then some on a 2013 M3 last week. No issues.

Definitely can be done. We've already done several.

I also did a friend's new '13 this past weekend. If they're using NCSExpert then they'll need the newest daten files. That's the only reason I can think of why they wouldn't be able to code a '13. What kind of error are they getting?

Maybe the guys just don't know what they're doing? Talk to "THE TECH" ^, they deal in remote tuning and can get anything you need done.
*not affiliated with them and neither have I purchased their products but reviews are always on point. |

Agreed. Not really something you want to mess around with if you don't know what you're doing. Shoot Mike Benvo a PM and he can take care of you remotely. I've heard nothing but good things.

Benvo is the coding expert! I've had numerous great experiences with his coding and tuning. We recently tuned and coded our client's 2013 X5M with BPM Sport's software. |

Whoever you select for "Feature Coding" keep in mind that the process & service has truly become a commodity. There is absolutely no reason to pay north of $100 and there are vendors here that will do it drama free for less. It pays to shop around. Everyone is using the same tools, ncsexpert or autologic to deploy feature coding & simple retrofit coding.
Good Luck

Yep, figured mine out, CIC was easy. Had an issue with one of the chassis modules (NFRM) but got it figured out.
See if you can find someone locally to help first. I'm sure there are a ton of folks that can help remotely if needed.
