donovan, you going to do the NCC CCA event on April 21st - 22nd?

Also, you guys forgot to mention the best part about being a CCA member, free money! If you've been a BMWCCA member for at least 1 year you get a check whenever you purchase a new or certified BMW from a dealer. So even if you got your car for invoice, you'll still get a check for $500 on a 3er, $1,000 on a 5er, and so on. Anyone who's buying a BMW and doesn't do that is just throwing away free money.

Damn that is good to know!

However, I will never buy another new car again and the 04 M that I own is to old for a CPO from BMW.

Also I would like to track on that day...I have to just make the initial jump...

When it comes to track days, I like the idea of being on the track with other BMW enthusiasts at a private, organized event, rather than an open track day where any idiot trying to recreate a Fast and Furious movie can crash into me.

I'm planning to be at the Summit Point event in April and I'm seriously considering the ///M school in the fall. I'll also be at the ALMS races in Baltimore and VIR.

Anyone attending the screening of 24hrs - One Team. One Target this weekend? I'll be there.

In case anyone missed it, we are offering a great deal to CCA members for this year. Both new and experienced students can save some serious $$ and have a ton of fun. We have some members that are close to getting a free track day just by bringing their friends!

I was out at Summit Point this past weekend and found a nice small group of DC region SCCA guys out there. Looked like plenty of track time and not too congested on the course. My understanding is that they do 4 events a year out there so it may be worth checking out. Last time I autocrossed with SCCA the annual dues were cheap in the 35 dollar range. I'm not sure how much they are now though. How much does BMWCCA charge for AutoX?

Our events are $30/member, although BMWCCA membership is required. We are running a special promotion now, so come on out and have fun!
