Modifying drivers side middle armrest?
So I have a wierd shaped body with long legs and limbs and for the way I like to cruise most of the time is my left and right hands on the wheels at about 8 and 4, right on the low end of the paddle shifters. I then rest my elbow on the left armrest of the door itself. Then I like to rest my elbow on the middle armrest, and you can slightly pull your arm rest forward a little bit BUT it does not slide forward enough! My old car had one that could be pulled more forward by another couple inches. The way it is now, my elbow sits almost right on the edge of the arm rest and its not laying flush on top liek its supposed to.
Anyone know how I could play around with the sliding mechanism and slightly modify it to slide a little further out? Be really appreciating it! |
