whatever the case may be, they have it and they are stuck with it! At that price, I don't think anyone will pick it up.

You know it must have been thrashed. To NOT CPO it, is injury to insult... if my numerous and completely speculative assumptions are true.

It is still a brand new car with 600 miles on it. You would put that on the car in a week, no big deal if it has not been in an accident.
