A 6-MT would have changed my whole attitude toward the car, and you don't have the hump dash with the OBC screen which is a must have in all show cars...

First off, I like the whole idea of what you are trying to accomplish! The exterior, IMO, is very nice & flows. I like how you are trying to incorporate the alcantera into the interior, but after looking back at all the pics, one basic point comes to my mind...NOTHING flows...I think that is the main reason the interior is what your most negative comments are about! This is coming from someone who completely understands what you are going through with this post. IMO, it just looks like you kinda randomly chose parts to make red leather. Also, IMO, I wouldn't have done regular red leather & covered those areas with red alcantera instead...I think the 2 materials clash too much! I won't even get into the raw Aluminum trim look

I understand that this is gonna be a show car & that you are trying to be unique (I applaud you for that) but you have to remember EVERYONE has their own opinion & not everyone is gonna like what you've done. I read most of the comments on the E90 post you made & it all looks the same, because they all have the same car as you...maybe it's a bit of an elitist mentality that M3 owners have over no-M3 owners but I see this with all types of automotive boards.
