They're apparently 19x9f and 19x10r, which makes them a half inch wider than ours.

I didn't read through all of the posts, but I have a 2011 E92 being built week 12 and having been through the process, I will say this..... the upgrade to the 19" wheels in previous years was $1200. The ZCP package is $2500 which includes the wheel upgrade, EDC tune and 10mm suspension kit. In my mind it is worth the extra $1300 to have this option. I personally am extremely excited to get this car. I am burned out on my 2008 E90 M3 and I can't wait to see the 2011 technology package that is upgraded significantly from my 2008 model. I am going to have a blast driving this wonderful vehicle! And in 2014, I will be driving the V6 TT M3!

The change in ride height, wheels, and EDC are likely to be somewhat subtle. I just don't see these producing a night/day effect. I'm not saying they aren't worth the "extra" $1,300. If you think you will dip that far down into the car's capability then ZCP is, I agree. Now if you're talking about the new since-2009 iDrive and Nav then that is night/day.

+1 on an IND inspired competition package. LoL!
They never cease to amaze me with the work they do especially on the M3.

Not feeling it
Splitter, spoiler, wheels, and the extra add-ons are not going to justify a purchase on my behalf. Thanks for the post!

I am not feeling the front splitter or rear wing. he only thing that is worth it is the EDc wheels and 10mm lower suspension. I hope BMW has a splitter delete and rear wing delete option. They flat out look Fugly!

Which begs the question, why didn't they just use 265/285 rubber as on the GTS? Well, apparently (based on what Mark's M has said he was told) there are potential clearance issues. Although, if I recall, he finally convinced them to give him the wider tires. If I got this package or got the wheels aftermarket, I'd definitely go buy some wider rubber. At least 255/275, if not the 265/285. |

Like the wheels; don't care for the splitters. One thing I found interesting for the Individual program - "Frozen grey paint finish available for all models of 6-series." This could possibly leave some wiggle room to being able to get Frozen Grey as an Individual color for the regular M3. This would be similar to Brilliant White, which was a standard Individual color for the 6 series, but not for the M3.

http://www.m3post.com/forums/showpos...&postcount=103 As he notes, people add wider tires aftermarket all the time, but modding a car is not the same thing as offering the parts as a factory option. Whatever the reason, I suspect it boils down to something technical in nature. That said IIRC, Mark eventually convinced them to equip his car with the GTS tires. However, he's basically getting a custom M3 to begin with. Agreed. I was going to bring that up in my post too. And the other thing is that you have the edges of your wheel sticking out which is begging for scratches or rash, and frankly looks silly. |

As a Person who is ordering the 2011 ZCP E92 M3, Im not really feeling the Front Splitters and rear deck lid spoiler as of now, Might grow on me later IDK... But I guess it doesn't matter to me as I'm going to change the Front Bumper and Trunk Lid to the
Vorsteiner Aero Kit so oh well If BMW was going through the trouble of putting front Splitters on the ZCP Bumper, I just wished they would've put something like the E46 M3 CSL Splitters on there but just freshened up the looks a Lil bit for the E9x... That would've Looked much nicer IMHO. I guess the only thing Ill be keeping on the my ZCP for a bit will be the New ZCP/GTS Wheels but painting them the same color as the GTS Wheels... Man I dont know why BMW Couldn't put those 6pot Brakes on the ZCP M3 like they put on the 135tti I mean Come On BMW, You Couldn't Put These Brakes On the ZCP E9x M3?????? Wow that wouldve been SICK if we got these brakes on the ZCP M3.... I would be MORE then happy to have paid for them coming from the factory. Guess I have to get brakes but my point is I would love to have seen BMW have it come on the car standard for the ZCP....

Everyone here is forgetting one thing, this option isn't to make the normal M3 look like the GTS, or even drive like it. What it was developed for is to keep the current car competitive against stiffer, newer competition, namely the RS5.
And you know the funny thing, you crave N/A engines so much that on this occasion you are lucky that the RS5 has this very engine, had it got the original engine intented for it these minor tweaks to the M3 would ever had been enough, the gap between them would have called for something beyond this reasonably priced option to something costing more than $10k. |

Thankfully, CF splitters and spoiler are not
part of the ZCP package. I don't care for them either, nor do I care for the CF roof, hense I'm getting a moonroof. The CF roof looks OK with certain colors--blue is not one of them, and I'm getting Interlagos Blue. To me the ZCP wheels look great--much more sporty/aggressive than the regular 19's--which, to me, hava a more formal more luxury car oriented appearance and have been around for a long time--they are little changed from the ones I have been driving around on for the past 9 years in my '01 M3.
