No i lucked out and found a set of new Rings in the older suede (better IMO) before they switched to the ultra or micro suede. The OG Status Rings. Pretty tight (i'm a 34 waist) but great seats. Early ones aren't FIA but whatever.

Sorry OP, but thanks for sharing. Always good to get these stories to remind us to be careful and critical about our own state before going out. Lately I haven't really had this problem of pushing it to the end, because something always seems to keep wearing out (tires) or breaking (too many to list) to pushing it all the way to the end of the day.

Keeps your brain working better. When I don't do this I definitely feel the difference.
Great advice, and one I don't follow enough. I know there have been a few times I've had a mildly bad session, and figured out after I came off track that I was dehydrated and not thinking clearly enough.

I still can't get the hydration thing right. Four days this season, I've had to skip the last session of the day because I could tell I had lost the edge. And it's weird, because I'm an endurance athlete.

not too many sports out there require your mind to work as fast as your body....if not faster as you are always looking and thinking about the next corner...if your thinking about the corner your in its too late....always having to be one step ahead....

Sorry OP. Looked like an awesome build. I'm thinking there was a good chance those TE37's could have been used on the E9x.
So when does this build start??

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."
