It's hard to find many '11.75 and '12s with 62k miles. Most are in the 40k mile range, so it's a high mileage car.
In any rate, 2008-09 cars in the mileage are selling in high and mid $20s...so he got a fair deal, but I wouldn't say a smoking deal.
As we move forward and 2013 CPOs expire, pricing will be dictated by mileage and not vintage.
