You are obviously making a judgement based on your opinion of BMW M, that they are overcharging and underdelivering? I've owned a few M products over the past 10 years, and not one of them has underdelivered, so not sure where you are getting this wild speculation from....
Not sure where I said anything about the CF pieces or what speculation you're talking about.
If you develop a new engine and only put it in 250 cars, then you have to spread out the cost of that development into thos 250 cars vs. maybe 2,000 cars. That should lower the price of the GTS. CS coils, Brembo calipers (with BMW rotors/hats), a half roll cage, extinguisher done add up to more than doubling the price of the M3.

Let me get this straight... You are swapping out parts designed by some of the top engineers in the world because some guys sponsored by a company told you it's "better??" But when you ask the same guy about tracking, "oh no, I have a kid now" or "I just detailed my car." or "i just got new tires."
