Sorry I meant 11 up top there. But yeah, shame what's going on with PFC, I have a hard time supporting businesses that can't bother to provide basic customer service.
For PFC I've used 08s, 12s and now 11s and they were all awesome up until these last couple sets... just don't seem to be what they used to be.
