Likely you'd need to drop the whole x pipe. Not a big deal- it's really easy to do. Unplug the 02 sensors, unbolt from the headers, unbolt the center support (2 bolts) and release the clamps connecting it to the rear section, then down she comes.
Make sure you replace the header to x pipe gaskets while you are there.
