I have a bit of experience working with PEEK and know it to be extremely chemical resistant and machinable but probably too expensive for this application. I haven't used it in a 3d printable form. If PEKK has similar properties, which it appears to, it should hold up well to petroleum products. PEEK resists solvents like acetonitrile and strong acids and bases as well as being temperature resistant.
