I thought the avg HP calc was supposed to penalize detunes?

I think with WT:HP classing, 10:1 isn't always 10:1 in TT3. Probably a lot slower at 3500 lbs than 2500 lbs if both are 10:1. I don't think the NASA weight penalties are high enough to counteract that. For one, you can account for much less fuel consumption.

It will be interesting...I'm trying to be at the absolute minimum weight and then match the HP to it. I guess the results will tell the story.
