First of all, its quite normal for many M3's to have codes stored that don't illuminate a CEL.

Secondly, there's a very good chance that they won't come back after clearing them for quite some time. But it does seem that the temp sensor is either disconnected or non functional- as the o2 codes could be caused by an engine that cannot properly monitor coolant and/or IAT's.

These "issues" are easily resolved but may be a nice bargaining chip in obtaining a lower price on the car...
