I'm glad you got your car sorted.
Regarding shop replaced bearings, its striking that essentially every single shop set pulled seem to be on the verge of failure yet the vast majority of diy pulled bearings are not.
I guess showing pictures of pulled bearings in decent condition is not going to support the illusion that every single M3 is on the verge of bearing failure and should have their bearings replaced post haste..
Except for the Maleks customer car of course.
