E9x M3 OEM 19's.. Forged?

Quick question, are the OEM 19's on the E9x M3 forged like they were in the E46? I was blasting potholes in NYC with the E46 M3 OEM 19's and they never faulted.. (can't say the same for the crappy cast oem 18's).

Yes they are forged

The 19"s are forged. The 19"s that come in the competition package are cast.

Hate casted wheels. to bad the zcp wheels are or id be all over them.

I know. You would think with the ZCP, BMW would have included forged 19" wheels. But I guess they were keeping the cost of the ZCP low. I wonder how much more each wheel weighs compared to the forged 19" wheels?

i would have gotten zcp as well but the rims aren't forged

interesting, are the stock 18s forged or cast?
