Ladies and Gentlemen,
Just wondering who is expecting their 2010 E92 this month or early next month?

dvn wroteLooks like you may very well be the first e92 M3 ED pick up. When did you put your order in?I'm picking my 2010 M3 Coupe up on Oct 16th.... in Munich (Euro Delivery). But it won't be in the US until December, I'm guessing.
But I think I'm the first 2010 M3 Coupe for ED. At least according to the Bimmerfest ED forum.

zenderm3 wroteMy car is an E90. I should be picking my car up around the later part of next month assuming there aren't any unforeseen delays like a customs audit.Looks like it! Shall be interesting! Cabinetman is apparently getting shipped.... so wondering how long that will take...
The wait begins!
Kenyon wroteCongrats! You are a good three weeks ahead of me.My car arrives at prep center today. My salesman estimates this Friday for the car to arrive at the dealership. I'm excited!!!!

. I'm guessing it is probably 3 weeks away, at this stage? It feels like an awful long ways to go

wyandy wroteHow did you know?My M3 was finished with its production on 9/4 and thought I will get the earliest MY2010 production of E92, but they messed up my hi-fi option (100% option for MY2010, instead put on a regular sound system)
I had to re-order it, though the other m3 is on its way.
Congrats on your flawless early delivery!!! I am so jealous....
JohnyRangr wroteWell, BMW found out about it prior to "En Route" status, and then my CA offered me $675 discount or a new order of m3. I hesitated a bit since hi-fi wasn't too high up on the list and did not want to wait for 3 weeks delay. After hearing from everyone and my own research, I decided that I wanted that option even if it caused 3 weeks delay. During that decision time BMW could not hold the car too long in Germany so they had shipped the first car. So as of now 2 m3s are on its way, I just have to make a decision when first one arrives here. How did you know?
Big Windy wroteCan't wait to see differences, albeit minor, to the 2010....somebody in germany should be taking delivery this week...my 2009 M3 was the first on this forum, and i picked it up in Germany (living there at the time) on 26 SEP. it was at the dealer before that for a week. somebody should be posting one any day now...
wyandy wroteI ordered mine without the premium sound. My ears aren't that great and I listen to more sports talk than music. My IS-F had the Mark Levison sound system and I rarely cranked it up enough to really notice the great sound quality. I figured on the M I would save the $1900 and the 20 or so extra pounds associated with the upgraded system.Well, BMW found out about it prior to "En Route" status, and then my CA offered me $675 discount or a new order of m3. Cabinetman wroteFrom MY2010, premium sound is standard. However, my car was produced with decontented version which is standard on regular 3 series. I am not a big music fan, but it is not the best feeling to have when they forgot the 100% standard optionI ordered mine without the premium sound. wyandy wroteI don't think premium sound is standard. The US spec M3s get a nicer standard radio than some other markets, however premium sound is another step above. I would love for you to be right, but I can't see BMW giving away what was a $1900 option considering the base price for the 2010 M3 didn't rise. From MY2010, premium sound is standard.
